Terms and Conditions – Kanna Spa

Welcome to Kanna Spa (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing gift certificates, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Services

• All spa services are by appointment only.
• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• Kanna Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, health, or behavioral reasons.

2. Payments & Gift Certificates

• Payment is due at the time of service or purchase.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payments.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and are valid for one year from the purchase date unless otherwise noted.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full service price.
• Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings.

4. Health & Safety

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your appointment.
• Kanna Spa cannot provide treatment that may be unsafe due to your health conditions.
• We follow strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients.
