I took my partner for his birthday to get a couples detoxify massage and we had a wonderful experience. Both of our masseuse's were very accommodating and friendly, really sensitive to our needs, asking a lot of questions and making us feel very comfortable. It was very relaxing. Inside the music was great. The lighting was good, it smelled nice, and overall just a really fantastic experience. The person working on my back's name was Tiffany and she was absolutely amazing, I have never had a massage like that before. I really like this place. I don't go often but once in a while I'll mess up my neck, back etc and I head on over to get fixed up. This weekend I went off-roading and after 5 or 6 hours of driving on rough trails my neck and back were killing me. So today I called & made an apt for a massage and some cupping. After the session I was offered a bunch of water and got to sit and relax before heading home. Now I'm feeling way better and couldn't be happier with their services. Kana Spa is an oasis of healing. My massage and cupping session went far beyond the physical. It felt like the therapist was reading my body like a map, responding to tension I didn't even realize I was holding, and guiding my system gently back to balance. The touch was confident and grounded, with just the right mix of pressure and flow. Every movement felt purposeful, like a conversation between my body and their hands. The cupping was especially powerful, both releasing and energizing. I could feel old stagnation lifting, not just in my muscles but emotionally as well. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself. This was not just a massage. It was healing work. What an amazing first experience at Kanna Spa! From the moment I walked in, Tiffany was extremely friendly and welcoming, making a great first impression. As it was my first visit, she ensured I felt completely comfortable by guiding me through the paperwork and asking thoughtful questions about my preferences, her breathwork session, combined with the massage, helped alleviate so much of that anxiety--I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and like a completely different person. It was truly a transformative experience for my first-ever massage. Their breath work, along with the best massage ever was amazing! What stood out to me even more was their genuine care for their clients. They even accommodated me outside of their regular schedule, which I deeply appreciate. I highly recommend Kanna Spa and will definitely be returning. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! Had my first massage with Isidro at Kanna Spa today. Phenomenal experience. The questionnaire asks all of the usual health questions, but even how much communication (versus silence) you want. Isidro was incredible in every way. Just enough communication. Clarification on pressure and depth of muscle work before we started, and an absolutely optimal amount of use of hands when so many other massage therapists I have gone to seem to rely on elbows. In other words, he worked. Amazing intuition and precision and communication. I was getting massages weekly before COVID, and have been trying a lot of practitioners out this past year. Came in for a 60 min massage today and Carolina as my therapist for the first time. Her technique was on point. She worked out all my knots and every ache I had disappeared after the hour. I felt like a brand new person! In addition, she is very calm and also respected my requested quiet time. Carolina is amazing and I will definitely be coming back!
