Our 48-Hour Advance Notice Spa Cancellation Policy
Spa Etiquette - If you can't make it, please let us know 48 hours in advance.
Your time is important to us. We shall do our very best to ensure that your time with us is a relaxing, leisurely, & fully pampered experience. We do ask, however, that if something comes up wherein you are unable to make your appointment, please allow us 48 hours notice so that we may have time to fill that time slot with another booking.
*More advanced notice is required for group bookings & corporate events.
Please understand that with enough notice, we may be able to have another client come in your place to ensure that our therapists do not miss out on the opportunity to sustain their income. Last-minute scheduling changes, same-day cancellations, and no-show appointments are subject to a 100% charge for the services originally booked. Please understand that we are a small spa & our services are in high demand, so 48 hours advanced notice is highly appreciated when you are unable to make an appointment. Please note that gift certificate holders are subject to the same policy.
